Sport's Day

The weeks are passing so quickly and before we know it the summer holidays will be here. There's lots going on in school over the forthcoming weeks.

Well done to all the children in Year 1 who completed the phonics screen last week. They approached it with a very mature attitude and all the teachers are proud of each child. We will inform you of the result in your child's end of year report.

We look forward to Sport's Day tomorrow. Please remember that the children need to come in their PE kit wearing the a coloured T shirt to match their team-
Morpurgo- red
Wilson- blue
Dahl- yellow
Blade- green.

It is also important that the children wear a sun hat and have a freshly filled water bottle.

Please return P.E kits the following day as all the children will have a rugby training session on Tuesday afternoon.

We are really looking forward to the trip to Blackpool Zoo to further our understanding of the Rain forest environment. Response to the trip has been very good so far. Don't forget to send in the permission slip and money.
